Q. Is A-Max ISO approved?

.Yes, A-Max has a registered ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 Revision B ANSI-RAB Accredited Quality Management System.

Q. Is A-Max UL certified?
A
. Yes, A-Max is UL recognized and can provide products with the UL marking.

Q. Are cables available without the customer’s documentation?
A
. Yes. A-Max can build cables and assemblies upon presentation of customer’s specifications even if the document is presently not complete. Once specific requirements are developed, A-Max can build to those specifications and create documentation for the customer.

Q. What are custom cables?
A
. Custom cables are bundles of insulated conductors not found in standard manufacturers’ catalogs. Custom cables and assemblies are the specialty of A-Max.

Q.. Can components be substituted by A-Max?
A
. Yes, but only upon written approval by the customer. With approval, sourcing additional components and materials may improve the final product quality, lower cost and better suit the final products’ environment or use.

Q. Are credit cards accepted by A-Max?
A
. Yes, both Visa and Mastercard are accepted by A-Max.

Q. What is the standard lead time?
A
. Usually one to two weeks after receipt of materials and requirements. Manufactured items can be provided even faster. Special order parts are subject to supplier’s lead times.

Q. How quickly do you respond to email RFQ's?
A
. We will, in most cases, contact you within 24 hours.
